There are a lot of spectacular places in Sochi, but before you start bypassing local possessions, it is a good idea to make at least a rough list of what specifically you would like to see.

Friendship Tree Park
A few decades ago, a scientist came up with the bright idea of planting several different citrus crops in a lemon tree in the hope that at least a couple would take root in cool conditions. So in Sochi, the Tree of Friendship appeared, and then a whole park consisting of the same mixed trees.
The specialty of the park is that local trees were grafted with varieties and types of trees from all over the world, and this was also done by foreigners who, by the will of fate, found themselves in these places. Today the park symbolizes the friendship of peoples, but ordinary visitors are much more interested in it for its charming surroundings. Among the places where to walk in Sochi and have a good time, the park stands out for its unique atmosphere and colorful landscapes.
There is a Friendship Museum at the park, where, as you might guess, memorable souvenirs and gifts left by guests are exhibited. Among others, there are collected boxes with earth from important parts of the world.

Singing Fountains
The grandiose complex of 264 fountains has been delighting citizens and guests with stunning performances from a combination of music and light for several years. To create it, architects and designers looked for inspiration in the image of the legendary Firebird.
Huge jets rush up to 30-70 meters under the best works of Shostakovich, Tchaikovsky and contemporary composers.
The Singing Fountain is located in the Olympic Park and organizes performances on a daily basis, even in winter.
The complex acts not only as an excellent show and a place where you can take a great walk in Sochi, but also as an excellent background for photos - you can hardly find a more spectacular background.
Museum of Nature
This place is listed as a national park. If you love petal flowers and animal birds, this is the place for you. In the museum hall you will find a herbarium, a collection of stuffed animals, a collection of minerals, samples of seeds, dried insects and other gifts of nature, immortalized in every possible way.

The dacha itself does not demonstrate modern luxury and is more like an ordinary house of an average summer resident. The harsh walls of planks are painted in dark green, in the courtyard, instead of fountains and wrought-iron gazebos, there is an overgrown local flora.
The interior decoration of the House of the Leader of the Nations also does not strike with chic and wealth - a minimum of furniture, some household items and chess, which, it seems, are still waiting for the owner to continue the game. Today, a historical museum is organized at the dacha and it is definitely worth visiting for the sake of general development.

The road is not close and will exhaust even a prepared person, so the easiest way is to take a taxi, although in this case you can forget about the pleasure of walking.
Marine Station
One of the most beautiful places in Sochi and a great option to while away a warm summer evening here. The building is easily recognized by the high spire seen from afar. Externally, the structure is interesting with extraordinary architectural techniques and will be an excellent background for a photo. You shouldn't deny yourself the pleasure of looking inside - it's worth it. Luxurious decoration, mosaic floors, columns, mirrors, stucco moldings and other decorations create an atmosphere of aristocratic luxury, clearly alien to such a place.
Near the train station, you can find several fountains, benches and places to enjoy a refreshing drink.
Embankment
The main city promenade, the embankment is optimal for romantic outings and measured walks with the family. It starts from the marina and leads far ahead, through the main tourist attractions and attractions. For the Olympics, the embankment was thoroughly restored and ennobled, after which it acquired an even more beautiful appearance.
Of the places where you can take a walk in Sochi, the embankment is the first point on the map where all guests go. At the same time, you can look for a suitable place on the beach, which you will pass by. There is no place for the faint of heart, but connoisseurs of rest with peppercorns have a place to roam: the longest suspension bridge with a length of more than 400 meters, the highest bungee jumping platform, a rope park and simply stunning views of Sochi's natural masterpieces.
It is worth coming here at least for the sake of observation platforms installed in the brightest and most colorful corners. You can walk and enjoy the surrounding beauty for hours without even noticing how time flies.
Park Berendeevo Kingdom
A great place for a family outing. The huge park is located in a protected area full of wonderful discoveries and natural wonders. Sheer cliffs, waterfalls, mountain streams, forest thickets and ancient dolmens will become the background for your walk. All the geographical names in the park were distributed from fairy tales, so the waterfall Berendey's Beard and other characters appeared here. Here you can sit on the Berendey throne, inspect the altar to the ancient goddess. Fairy-tale characters roam the park, delighting little visitors. And the park constantly hosts holidays, contests and other animations.
Choosing where to take a walk in Sochi, you should not lose sight of the stunningly beautiful streets of the resort, decorated with tropical vegetation and creations of modern architecture, they are an ideal place for calm and thoughtful walks.
