Description of the attraction

The Livu water park in Jurmala is the largest water park in the northern part of Europe. It is located between Lielupe and Bulduri stations. Livu Aquapark is a 3-storey building with a tower, the height of which is 25 meters. Inside, the design of the room is made in the Caribbean style. Getting into the water park, you feel as if you were on an ancient ship. The walls are decorated in antique style, and the palm trees create a semblance of the tropics.

The doors of the water park are open all year round. 40 different attractions await visitors. The equipment is manufactured in Canada. Inside, the air temperature is about + 30 °, and the water in the pools is about + 32 °, + 28 ° and + 10 °. The latter is intended for those who wish to cool off after a hot sauna. The water park consists of 4 conditionally divided zones, designed for different age categories, interests and temperaments. The water park welcomes about 4500 people every day.

Zone I - "Tropical Forest". It is more suitable for young people. In the "Rainforest" there are 4 pools, the chimney in the Silver Mine and the Duke Jacob Bridge. On it you can get to the neighboring Land of Captain Kid. It is in this area that the famous attraction "Tornado" is located (the third largest in the world and unique in Europe).

Zone II is called "Captain Kid's Land", intended for small children. In the center is a life-size pirate ship equipped with water cannons. Here you can see the Banana, Lemon and Rope bridges, the grotto of Monte Cristo, the Bird's Rock. The huge Orinoco River with caves and waterfalls flows through all the possessions of "Captain Kid's Land". By the way, part of the river goes out into the street.

Zone III - "Paradise Beach". One gets the impression that you find yourself in a park hotel, say, in Jamaica. The main attraction is the Caribbean Wave Basin, which occupies a huge area of water. And the waves in it reach a height of about 1.5 meters. There is also a lighthouse here, which offers a wonderful view of the entire water park. You can grab a bite to eat at the Cambazola Bar.

IV zone - "Shark Attack Zone". This is a great place for people who love contrasts. There is a bar in the Bahama pool. Here you can buy drinks without leaving the water. Baths, jacuzzi and solarium are located nearby. There are hot pools in the open air in the same area.

Extreme attractions (pipes, towers, funnels) are located on the upper floors. Some of them have age restrictions, such as the famous Red Devil Trumpet. And of course, there are entertainment that children cannot attend without their parents.

Leaving the water park, a full payment for extra time, solarium, drinks, restaurants and more is made using a bracelet with a chip. Everything else is included in the price.

And now a few words about the café-bars that can be visited in the Livu Water Park. Definitely worth a swim in the Red Bull bar. This is a great place to relax in great company. Here you will be offered to try cocktails for every taste: from classic to exotic. And you can drink them at the bar or in the pearl bath.

Having spent a lot of time on the rides and in the swimming pools, having received a charge of excellent mood and adrenaline, you get a crazy feeling of hunger. And you can quench it in a great place called "Zambezy"! Experienced chefs will prepare delicious meals in your presence.

The favorite place for children and parents is the Lasens cocktail bar. No one will be left indifferent by the amazingly delicious pizza and the magical mix of ice cream and syrup, which will quickly return your strength for subsequent entertainment.

There is a banquet hall "Ma'Puto" in the water park. It is interesting that through its large windows, while treating yourself to the proposed delicacies, you can watch the reckless bathers and wave pool divers. You will also see the local river of Jurmala - Lielupe. In the banquet hall "Ma'Puto" it is possible to hold all kinds of celebrations and holidays (corporate party or a child's birthday). Banquet hall "Ma'Puto" can accommodate about 70 guests.

Livu Water Park is a great place for a pleasant pastime in a warm company and for a family holiday!
