If you have already decided on the choice of goods, you can bargain, Moroccans are a polite people, they always make concessions to their customers. The lack of local currency is not an obstacle, here they will gladly accept both euros and dollars. It should also be noted that there is simply no such thing as “surrender” in the Tangier markets.
