Description of the attraction
Terra Mítica is not just an amusement park. Getting to the "mythical land", the visitor is transported in time in an instant and finds himself in the ancient civilizations of the Mediterranean. Translated into Russian, "Terra Mitika" means "Land of myths." This name was given to the park for a reason. Its creators tried to "revive" mythical civilizations of past eras in living pictures. Here you can easily become an Egyptian, Greek, Roman, Iberian or islander. At the same time, you have a great opportunity either to remain an observer, or to become one of the protagonists of the ideas unfolding right before your eyes. The famous attractions of the park, using the latest achievements of scientific and technological progress (special effects, robots, holograms, etc.), create a unique environment of that time.
The park is divided into five thematic zones: Egypt, Greece, Rome, Iberia, Islands. In the Labyrinth of the Minotaur ("El Laberinto del Minotauro") you will ride in special wagons and will every now and then fight off all the evil spirits that await you around every corner. Magnus Colossus is Europe's largest wooden roller coaster that imitates Roman siege fortifications. The length of the structure is one and a half kilometers, the height is 50 meters, the carriages (two trains with 32 passengers each) can accelerate to 100 km per hour. Dedicated cameras on the tightest corners show your expression during the tensest moments of the descent.
You can spend one unforgettable day in Terra Mítica Park. And it will take at least three days to study all the "mythical lands" with feeling, sensibly, with arrangement. And then, during this time, you will hardly be able to see all the performances and street processions, ride all the attractions and walk around the souvenir shops.
