Description of the attraction
The Fiabilandia amusement park, located on the shores of Lake Bernardo in the vicinity of Rimini, is the oldest theme park on the entire Adriatic coast of Italy. It was built back in 1965. Its name can be translated from Italian as "Fairy Land". Each year, this park, surrounded by lush greenery, offers adults and children a lot of opportunities for relaxation and fun. On an area of 150 thousand square meters there are about 30 different attractions, including the "Castle of the Wizard Merlin", inviting on an exciting journey among secrets and mysteries, "Dream Lake", which can be crossed on a special boat in the shape of a dragon, a real pirate ship "Bounty" and the so-called "Sea of frogs", in which even the youngest visitors of the park can splash in absolute safety. You can see the entire park by taking a trip on a small Fiaby boat on Lake Bernardo or taking a ride on the small Fiabilandia Express train.
A variety of playgrounds are provided for a safe children's rest. Borgo Magico - Magic Village is a fascinating attraction with trampolines, merry-go-rounds, exciting slides and colorful “valleys of the gnomes” to cross aboard the so-called “bruco-mela”. If possible, it is worth visiting the most interesting exhibitions that regularly work in Fiabilandia - they introduce children in an entertaining way to various phenomena of our world and important things. Among the most popular training programs are the Exotarium with exotic animals, The Trail of Fragrant Plants and The Garden of Forgotten Fruits - two green oases with the most beautiful and fragrant plants in the world, Dawn of Humanity - an exhibition introducing the history of man's appearance on planet, "Farm" with its funny animals and wonderful "Planetarium".
You can take a break from the experience and grab a bite to eat in one of the many bars and restaurants scattered throughout Fiabilandia. The Saloon is a Wild West-style inn where you can find light snacks, while the so-called Frulleria, located near the Castle of the Wizard Merlin, offers delicious ice cream and fruit. La Pagoda Restaurant serves a gourmet menu of traditional dishes from the Italian region of Emilia-Romagna.
