Description of the attraction

Theatrical youth group called "Znak" was founded in 1985 at the city House of Culture "Ammophos". The basis for the creation of the young team was the theatrical studio, which was formed in 1983 at the I. E. Filimonova in the city of Cherepovets. Theatrical work of the collective is built according to the principle of the studio theater, when the actors receive the most diverse training, for example, stage speech, acting, plastic arts, vocals, and dance.

Over the years of its existence, the Znak theater has shown itself as an original and distinctive collective, constantly in an active creative search. Literally every work of "Znak" can be called a kind of experiment, in which pantomime, dramatic art, word, music, dance, vocals are combined and synthesized. For this reason, in 1988, the youth theater received the title of "national". During its career, the theater has staged productions: "Alternative" - staging using poetry, "Danish Ballads" - a performance based on the Danish medieval epic, "Eastern Mystery" - staging in the traditions of Eastern culture, "Sacrament" - staging based on the Scandinavian epic, "Being" is an action that synthesizes the word, pantomime and vocals, as well as raises current philosophical topics. Due to the fact that all artists of the Znak theater have a fairly wide range of emotional and expressive means, they work a lot and fruitfully on small stage forms or concert numbers with the active use of stage movement, choreography and plastics. During their entire long existence, there was a slow formation and creative development, as well as a transition from the theatrical form of plastics and theater to the form of drama theater.

At the moment, the theatrical repertoire of "Znak" includes performances: "The Adventures of Buratino" based on the tale of A. Tolstoy, "The Frog Princess" based on the fairy tale of G. Sokolova, "Bunny-Zaznayka" based on the play by S. Mikhalkov, "Morozko", "Any tricks”based on vaudeville by A. P. Chekhov and many others. Artists of the theater of drama and plastics "Znak" fruitfully participate in all show programs and performances of the State House of Culture "Ammophos". In the theatrical season of 1994-1995, a performance based on the stories of Shergin B. "Tales of Shish of Moscow" was staged in the style of a booth performance. The following year, the solo performance "Isadora" was staged about the tragic and truly wonderful fate of the famous dancer Isadora Duncan. The production is distinguished by a careful but accurate penetration into the emotional experiences of the female soul, its precise research, built on the autobiographical notes of Isadora herself and the monodrama of Z. Saganov. year more and more improves his acting skills.

The theater has an extensive concert activity. He performs at various concert venues: courtyards, streets, city squares, parks of culture and recreation, as well as a sports palace, hostels, recreation centers and military units. The creative team takes part in mass events of the city, for example, City Day, Street Day, District Day, Farewell to Winter, Youth Day, New Years and many others. In addition, Znak took part in theater festivals in Moscow, Vologda, Chelyabinsk.

In 1994, the theater performed with great success at the theatrical festival of international professional theaters called "From Classics to Modern" in the Russian capital, where it presented its concert program "Mim-Parade". It was this work that received unusually high marks from the jury. The Znak Youth Theater became the best at the All-Union Festival dedicated to pantomime in the city of Chelyabinsk in 1989, as well as at theatrical festivals in the city of Vologda. At each of the festivals, the high professionalism of the actors and the quality level of all the performances presented were noted.

In 2000, the theater celebrated the 15th anniversary of its work, during which real mastery was achieved and a unique creative collection of performances was acquired.
