Description of the attraction
Lake Nesamovytoe - another of the sights of the Ukrainian Carpathians, is located at an altitude of 1750 meters and is located between the mountains of Turkul and Rebra. The water in the lake is crystal clear, because it gets here thanks to the melting of an ancient glacier.
This place is striking in its beauty and pristine nature. Just imagine - around the lake there are sharp and inaccessible rocks - Big and Small Kozly. However, the lake itself is located in a spacious valley, where the head is dizzy from the aroma of field grasses, and you can escape from the heat in the shade of alpine pines. The depth of the lake is 1-1.5 meters.
Locals revere this place and try not to make noise here. This is due to the legend that the souls of all suicides fall into this lake. And if you throw a stone into the water, then you can disturb the souls that appear in the sky in the form of black clouds. And then bad weather will surely catch you on the road. However, there are also less formidable legends. So, for example, according to one of them, having bathed in the lake, you will not only get younger, but also find your happiness. So choose for yourself what to believe in.
Another interesting fact: there was a plant for the processing of medicinal plants not far from the lake, but as a result of the collapse, the factory was literally razed to the ground and another lake was formed in its place. And now, among the thickets of alpine pine, you can find the remains of the equipment of the factory.
