Lovers of Greece should take into account that in May the rainiest zones are Chalkidiki, Thessaloniki and Corfu. The situation is better in Athens and on the islands of the Aegean Sea. On average, the air warms up to + 22-26˚C, but the water is still not suitable for everyone for swimming (+ 18-19˚C).
Montenegro in May is + 22-degree heat (by the end of May, the thermometer “creeps up” to + 25-26˚C). The end of spring is a good time to explore the sights of Podgorica and Cetinje.
The Dominican Republic in May is a good place to spend a vacation, but you should understand: the wet season dominates the northeastern slopes of the central mountains, while the drier areas in late spring are the resorts in the south of the country.
