Tunisian resorts do not always have amazing reviews, compared to other North African countries involved in the tourism business, there is some lag. And still, many people like it here - the clear sea, thalassotherapy, rich "excursion" and dancing under the starry sky. The most youthful resort in Tunisia - Sousse - receives tourists from May until almost the end of October.
Tunisia's youth resort and democratic housing
What is the difference between a resort for young travelers from similar places of rest, where a more respectable, middle-aged and older audience comes? The main differences relate to hotels and hotel complexes, in Sousse there are luxury hotels of the 5 * category, where everything is of the highest standard, there are own thalassotherapy centers, an all-inclusive system is available.
But most of the hotels belong to the 2 * and 3 * categories, and even then, the conditions in them do not always meet the stated ones (this should also be remembered when going to Tunisia). Fortunately, the majority of young people practically do not pay attention to the comfort and coziness of hotel rooms, or rather, their absence. Such kind of tourists spend very little time in their room, preferring to spend time on the beach and hang out in nightclubs.
Disco is the most popular entertainment in Sousse
Rest in Tunisia is based on two components - thalassotherapy and disco movement, the first is designed for a tourist with a thick wallet. Dancing in the open air and in nightclubs is available to everyone, without exception. Sousse has the honorary title of the largest disco club in Africa, all because there is a discotheque zone along the coast, which stretches for several kilometers.
Modern dance floors are available in almost every hotel, some of them are quoted only by guests, while others gather participants from all corners of the resort, plus visitors from neighboring cities. You can dance to the fiery disco music not only in hotels; the disco bar with the symbolic name Amnesia is no less popular with guests. The apogee of dancing falls in August, when the Aussu festival is held in Sousse, the main event of which is a carnival procession along the main city street, accompanied by songs and incredibly beautiful dances. They last for several days and remain in the hearts of tourists forever.
Other recreational activities in Sousse
For non-dancing travelers, there is also a lot of good entertainment in this Tunisian resort. You can go bowling, try your hand at noble golf. Fun also reigns in the entertainment complex Hergla Park, which is located not in Sousse itself, but in the neighboring town that gave its name to the park. Many are ready to cover a distance of 25 kilometers for karting and a variety of attractions.
Visiting restaurants is also, one might say, a planned event on vacation in Tunisia. There are many options, each of the guests will be able to find a food establishment in accordance with their taste preferences. The Italian Ice Cream House can be proud of the largest number of visitors; fish restaurant Lido; the restaurant of national Tunisian cuisine Les Emirs and La Scoperta is another famous restaurant from chefs from Italy. The name of the latter is translated as "discovery", indeed for many it becomes a discovery, what a rich cuisine the Italians have, and, besides pizza, there are many other surprisingly tasty dishes.
The Tunisian resort of Sousse is ready to satisfy the needs of any tourist, but the main clients are still representatives of the younger generation.
