Where can you go in Russia for a seaside vacation?

As for the Crimean resorts on the Sea of Azov, here the beginning of the swimming season falls on mid-May (water temperature + 20˚C). In the following months, the water becomes warmer (+ 25-26˚C). Vacationers with small children are advised to opt for the resorts of the western coast of Crimea, where, in addition to sandy beaches and a shallow sea, they will be waiting for all kinds of entertainment (pay attention to Evpatoria). For a "party" rest in the bosom of nature, it is better to go to the eastern coast of Crimea (Koktebel), and for fashionable hotels and restaurants - to the southern one (Yalta).
Despite the fact that the swimming season in Sochi begins at the end of May, the water is not yet warming up enough for comfortable swimming (+ 17-18˚C), so it makes sense to bet on this resort in June-August, when the water temperature is + 22- 25˚C. Pleasantly warm weather prevails in Sochi throughout September (water temperature + 23˚C). Sochi holidays are the embodiment of a beach idyll, and rest in the surrounding towns and villages - Loo, Khost, Lazarevskoye, Dagomys and others - will bring no less joy.
Beach vacation in Shelkino
Shchelkino is a Crimean city on the Sea of Azov (the water warms up well by August), famous for its beaches, which will not let vacationers get bored. At their service - the entire line of water activities: you can not only ride on floating facilities, but also go kiting or windsurfing. It should be noted that in the summer everyone will have a chance to take part in the celebration of the festival of the author's song “Crimean Priazovye”.
Rest on the beaches of Gelendzhik
The season, which starts in June, opens the festival "The sun smiles at Gelendzhik" - at this time many Russian pop stars come here. Beach rest in Izberbash
It is best to go to Izberbash, a city located on the shores of the Caspian Sea, in July-August (the sea warms up to about + 25˚C). There, vacationers can spend time on the City Beach, covered with fine-grained sand. At guests' service there are shady awnings, changing rooms, beach equipment, showers (they are supplied with thermal water). Rest on the beaches of Tuapse
It makes sense to come to Tuapse not earlier than mid-June, when the Black Sea here warms up to + 22˚C, and in the following months up to + 24-25˚C, becoming a couple of degrees cooler by mid-September. The following places are suitable for rest in Tuapse:
- Central Beach: everyone here can ride a boat or catamaran (you can rent them at the boat station, which is located in the west of the beach). The most comfortable part of the beach is the central one (there are kiosks, bars, latrines, garbage cans, a beach equipment rental shop).
- Seaside beach: the beach, covered with small pebbles, is surrounded by picturesque cliffs from the land side. Those who wish can use the services of a car park, changing cabins and a boat station. Younger guests will be delighted with children's attractions and water slides (1 "session" costs 100 rubles). In the evening, you can meet fishermen and crab hunters here.
- Cape Kadosh beach: those who come here will be amazed at the beauty of the steep high cliffs that “fall” right into the sea. Since there are no entertainment or bars on the beach of Cape Kadosh, it is not crowded even in the high season, which cannot but please the lovers of solitude. You should not go here with children, because the bottom has a steep slope and there is a high probability of bumping into pitfalls. This beach is not suitable for children for another reason - it is often chosen by lovers of nude sunbathing.
