Nikola Tesla International Airport in Belgrade, named after the great Serbian physicist-inventor, is located at an altitude of 102 meters above sea level, just a few kilometers from the capital of Serbia, towards its western part.

The airline is considered the country's largest airport in terms of traffic. Its runway has a length of more than 3 thousand meters, and its capacity is more than a million passengers per year. The main air carrier of the company is Jat Airways, serving mainly flights to Europe and Russia.

On the territory of the airport there are two terminals # 1 and # 2, the last reconstruction of one of them was carried out in 2006. At the moment, the first terminal is focused on servicing seasonal flights and low-cost flights, while the main passenger traffic and regular charter flights are serviced by a modified second terminal.

The Jat Shuttle Bus (bus) runs from the airport to the center of Belgrade strictly according to the schedule with a stop at the railway station, the travel time will take no more than 30 minutes, the fare is 250 dinars (about 80 rubles).

You can use the transfer service on the route "Airport - Novi Sad". The trip will take 1, 5 hours, the journey costs 950 dinars, or 300 Russian rubles.

The most popular mode of transport is still the city taxi. The service costs about 600 Russian rubles, the travel time depends on the distance to the destination.

But the most budgetary travel option is a city bus ride on route 72. Its final stop is Zeleni Venac. Travel time will take from 30 to 40 minutes. A city bus ride costs 120 dinars (or 40 rubles).
