Question: "What to visit in Amsterdam with children?" will not confuse parents, because the capital of Holland does not deprive little tourists of the attention. So, in many museums special programs are provided for them, and in shopping malls - playgrounds.
Artis Zoo
In the zoo it will be possible not only to get acquainted with 6,000 of its inhabitants (there is a “Land of Lemurs”, a pavilion of birds, “Wolf's Forest”, a reptile pavilion, a Chimpanzee House, a pavilion of small mammals and others), but also to visit the following objects located on its territory:
- a museum whose exhibits will “tell” about the flora and fauna of the Netherlands;

- planetarium (there will be a chance to see the evolution of our planet, starting from its “birth”, as well as to go on a virtual journey through the star systems of the Galaxy);

Efteling Park
In this amusement park, guests will find 4 themed zones, attractions (Volkvan Laaf, Polka Marina, Stoomcarrousel, Jorisen de Draak, Baron 1898, Pirana and others), a golf course, a playground, and meet fairy-tale characters.
Tickets (from 4 years old) cost 34, 5 euros.
Nemo Museum
In this museum, children of all ages learn how the world works through interactive exhibits:
- the main theme of the 1st floor is DNA and chain reactions;
- on the 2nd floor there is a ball factory (small balls entering the conveyor, children must sort by color, weight and other parameters, and then send them to the packing point);
- 3rd floor - the location of the scientific laboratory (here you can view the DNA molecule and test vitamin C);
- on the 4th floor there is a section dedicated to the human brain (here the memory and brain function are “tested”);
- 5th floor - the location of the playground and cafeteria.
And if you wish, you can climb to the roof of the building - from there you will be able to view the surroundings from a height. Prices: tickets for everyone over 4 years old are sold for 15 euros.
Maritime museum
In this museum, visitors will see artifacts related to shipping in the form of maps, paintings (they depict naval officers and historical naval battles), ship models and more. Young guests will travel to the world of virtual adventures on board the ship, where they will meet historical figures and be able to understand what they had to endure during storms and battles.
Ticket prices: adults - 15 euros, children - 7, 5 euros.
Madame Tussauds museum
The museum houses more than 40 figures of political figures, famous artists, inventors and show business, with each of whom you can take pictures. If you wish, you can visit the workshop where the exhibits presented in the museum were made.

Children's cafe Kinderkookkafe
A trip to this cafe will become an exciting entertainment for your child: he will be given a chef's hat and apron and will be taught how to cook sandwiches, croissants, pizza and other dishes. So, having entered the program (a group of 8-15 people gathers; the cost of the program is 12, 5 euros), within which children are taught to cook pizza and tiramisu, they will learn what ingredients are needed for cooking, as well as the secrets of serving the guests of the cafe. Parents who come to try the fruits of the culinary creativity of their children will be charged 10 euros for pizza and dessert.
Entertainment complex Tun Fun
This playground is designed for children 1-12 years old, with a separate space for toddlers under 2 years old. Everyone here can play with balls and cars, ride down slides, jump from trampolines, have fun on trampolines and in labyrinths of different lengths and heights.
The ticket price is 8, 5 euros (admission is free for parents accompanying their children and toddlers up to one year old).
