Zurich Zoological Garden
For almost 20 years, from the mid-50s of the last century, Haney Hediger was the director of the park. During his leadership, the name of the Zurich Zoo began to say a lot to both professional zoologists and ordinary nature lovers. For example, the several thousand volumes of valuable and important literature in the park's library can help you prepare for exams or write your doctoral dissertation.
Pride and achievement
Zurich Zoo is proud of many guests, but most of all visitors are known to the local penguins, who organize a daily parade for guests. Babies who are born become the object of close attention not only of scientists, but also of visitors. The calendar of birthdays and visits to animals is on the zoo's website.
