Description of the attraction

Agios Stefanos is one of the best and most popular beaches on the Greek island of Mykonos. It is located on the northwest coast just a few kilometers from the island's capital of the same name. Near Agios Stefanos there is a new port of Mykonos - Tourlos.

Well organized (with sun loungers, sun umbrellas, etc.), the sandy beach of Agios Stefanos is a great place for a comfortable family vacation. Here you will find all the necessary services and a fairly large selection of accommodation - hotels, villas, apartments and rooms for rent. However, you can also stay in neighboring Tourlos. There are many cozy restaurants, taverns and bars on the beach and in its surroundings, where you can have a good rest and taste traditional Greek cuisine, and those who like to cook on their own will find everything they need in the supermarket and local markets.

If a passive beach holiday is not for you, you can try a variety of water sports, play beach volleyball or take an exciting boat trip along the shores of Mykonos. You can also organize an excursion to the islands located in the immediate vicinity of Mykonos - sacred Delos and Rineia.

At the end of the beach you will see the charming snow-white church of St. Stephanos with a red roof, after which, in fact, the beach got its name.

If you want to stay in Agios Stefanos, you should take into account that there are a lot of people here in summer and it is worth taking care of booking in advance. You can get to Agios Stefanos by public transport from the capital, by taxi or (especially if you are going to travel all over the island) by a rented car.
