Description of the attraction
The Almoyayed Tower (also known as the Dark Tower) is a commercial skyscraper located in the Seef district of the Bahraini capital, Manama. Its tower has a regular four-sided shape, its height is 172 meters.
Almoyaed Tower consists mainly of offices and business complexes. Was the tallest tower in Bahrain from 2001 to 2008, before the construction of Bahrain Financial Harbor, Bahrain WTC and Abraj Al Lulu. The whole construction process was divided into two stages. The first phase is the construction of the tower itself, the second phase is the construction of an eight-story parking lot with a capacity of more than 1000 cars. The first stage was completed in November 2003, the second stage in 2004.
In total, the skyscraper has 42 floors and 6 public elevators, with a total area of 48,400 square meters. Building area - 2024 sq.m. And this is the first building in Bahrain with a private rooftop helipad.
Almoyaed Tower offers retail space for rent in the center of the building and on the attic floors with a separate entrance from the north side of the building. The uniqueness of the tower was the placement of all antennas of Bahrain's mobile operators on the 43rd floor. This made it possible for the residents of Manama to enjoy excellent communication, and in the tower itself, the signal is not lost even in the elevator. The building's management company, Cluttons, occupies the 28th floor.
