Odessa Brandy Factory is one of the oldest enterprises in this area in Ukraine, which began its activities back in 1863 and is still a model of success and quality. If you are a connoisseur of this aromatic alcoholic drink, an excursion to the cognac factory will be not only exciting, but also informative for you. There you will see how cognac is bottled, visit the holy of holies - a blending shop, where cognacs of different varieties (from ordinary to collectible) await their aging. In another workshop, cognac spirits are aged. The air here is filled with the amazing aroma of real aged cognac. And of course you will find yourself in the basement where this truly elite golden drink is kept. Here you will also see an old barrel that has been preserved since the time of Nikolai Shustov.
A visit to the Velikodolinsky production site will also be interesting. Here you can enjoy the view of endless vineyards, which stretch out to the horizon in neat, clearly lined lines. On this territory there is one of the largest alcohol smoking workshops in Europe and an aging workshop for cognac spirits. Here you can breathe in the aroma of cognac and more. In the cool and cozy tasting room you can taste a real delicious amber drink - cognac, which is created according to the oldest classic French recipes.
