There is no geographic division of prices: both expensive and cheap establishments are evenly spread across all districts, and even in the very center there is a great chance of finding an inexpensive mini-hotel or hostel.
Seasonality affects prices, albeit not strongly. The period of mass pilgrimage of tourists, as elsewhere in the north, falls in the summer, from May to September. At this time, the cost of rooms is creeping up. On New Year's holidays, an increase in prices is also noted - Europeans go to rest, celebrate and go shopping. If the time for travel is not important, it is better to choose the spring months, when hotel prices are low and the city flourishes after hibernation.
