Iranian cuisine is a delicious cuisine with a long culinary history: it is based on legumes, rice, meat (lamb is in high esteem), vegetables, poultry, and dairy products.

  • "Zereshk-polo" (pilaf, which includes rice, poultry, barberry, sugar, saffron);
  • Juye Kebab (grilled chicken with tomatoes, saffron and olive oil);
  • "Borani esfanage" (a dish of fried spinach, onions, garlic and yogurt).

There are few restaurants and street cafes in Iran - tourists, as a rule, have to look for food establishments worthy of their interest for a long time (if you wish, you can visit kebabs of different levels).
