If you are departing from the northern capital, the flight duration will increase automatically. So, you will fly directly for about 3 hours, and the time spent on the way, including connections, in Moscow can be from 10 to 12 hours.

Also, you can easily fly to Simferopol from such Russian cities as Rostov-on-Don, Kemerovo, Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg, Tomsk, Irkutsk and Surgut. The duration of such a trip will directly depend on the starting point of departure and the conditions of the carrier.

How to get to Evpatoria by train

Since December 2019, it has become possible to get to Crimea by train. Now several trains have been launched to Crimea from different cities of Russia: from Moscow and St. Petersburg, from Yekaterinburg and Kislovodsk. In the future, trains from other regions of Russia will also be launched, so that everyone who dreams of resting in Crimea can do it with maximum comfort.

A direct train has been launched from St. Petersburg to Evpatoria, departing from the Moscow railway station, but not entering the capital. It follows with stops in Ryazan, Rossosh, Rostov-on-Don, Dzhankoy and Saki. Travel time is 43 hours. In July and September train # 179A runs every other day on odd numbers, in August - every other day on even numbers.

In addition, you can get to Evpatoria through Simferopol, where almost all trains going to Crimea stop. Regular buses run from Simferopol to Evpatoria. And you can always take a taxi.

In the period from April 30 to September 30, you can still get to Yevpatoria by purchasing the "Single ticket to Crimea", which involves travel by train, bus and ferry. This service is offered by Russian Railways, providing passengers with the cheapest tickets.

With a single ticket, you can go to Krasnodar or Anapa from any Russian city. First you will go by train, then from the station you will be taken by bus to the port "Kavkaz", after which you will be ferried to the port "Crimea". From here you will again be picked up by a bus and taken to Evpatoria. Such a long trip is compensated by convenient connections of all vehicles and transfers at all stages of the trip.

To Evpatoria by bus

Tourists who are ready to spend more than a day on the road are advised to go to Evpatoria by bus. Residents of Moscow have such an opportunity, since intercity buses leave the main square of the Kursk railway station and the Shchelkovsky bus station every day. The route runs through Simferopol or Sevastopol.

All buses are equipped with air conditioning, soft and comfortable seating, TVs, toilets, folding tables on the back of the seats and spacious compartments for storing personal belongings.

In Simferopol, the bus stops for about 30 minutes, and then travels for about two more hours to Evpatoria. The total travel time can be from 28 to 30 hours. Ticket prices start at 2800 rubles. Prices may vary during high season.

Flights from St. Petersburg also depart daily with a stop in Moscow. The further journey continues along the same route, that is, through Simferopol or Sevastopol. The advantage of traveling by bus is that you don't have to change the vehicle several times, which is very convenient.

Arriving at the central bus station of Evpatoria, you can easily get to anywhere in the city using a taxi or public transport.
