The capital of France is not only the most romantic city in the world, but there are an abundance of places where you can go with the whole family and get a boost of positive emotions. Therefore, parents are unlikely to think for a long time on the topic: "What to visit in Paris with children?"

Disneyland Paris

Although they call this Disneyland "Parisian", in fact it is located 40 km from the city and you need to get there by train. There are several objects on its territory:

  • Walt Disney Studios Park: here you can not only “experience” roller coasters and other attractions, but also attend various shows (one of them will allow you to get acquainted with stunt skills);
  • Disneyland Park: it, in turn, consists of five thematic zones - children of different ages will be interested in such zones as Discoveryland (in addition to attractions, the show “The Lion King” is of interest), Adventureland (an island of adventure with labyrinths, a pirate ship and slide "Indiana Jones") and Fantasyaland (at the service of children - attractions "Flight of Peter Pan", "Alice's Labyrinth" and others);
  • Disney Village (on the territory of this object there are shops, a discotheque, restaurants, a complex of cinemas);
  • Golf Disneyland (there is a 27-hole golf course).

Ticket prices: 1 day / 1 park - 75 euros / adults and 67 euros / children, 1 day / two parks - 90 euros / adults, 82 euros / children.

Museum of magic

Here children will have a chance to see Boitier de Colt's magic chair, magic mirrors, caskets with a “secret”, glasses that can be worn through clothes, as well as witness magical performances (magicians will demonstrate tricks and optical illusions).

Prices: an adult ticket will cost 9 euros, and a child ticket (up to 12 years old) - 7 euros.

Grevin Museum

Here everyone will see about 450 wax figures, both celebrities (Michael Jackson, Elton John, Brigitte Bardot, Louis de Funes) and fictional characters (Spider-Man, Lara Croft, Obelix and Asterix). And then there is the Palace of Mirages (this hall is a giant kaleidoscope).

Prices: 24, 5 euros / adults, 21, 5 euros / 15-17 years old children, 17, 5 euros / children 6-14 years old.

Park Asterix

Like Disneyland Paris, Asterix Park is located away from the city. In its five thematic zones (Gaul, Vikings, Egypt and others) there are attractions (about 40), as well as interesting performances (one of them with dolphins).

Prices: 47 euros / adults, 39 euros / children 3-11 years old.

Aquaboulvar

The water park (29 euros / adults, 19 euros / children 3-11 years old) has swimming pools, geysers, waterfalls, water attractions, large and small slides (the highlight of the water park is Baleine Jonas: this attraction is presented in the form of a 30-meter whale).

Zoo in the Bois de Vincennes

Guests of all ages will be offered to walk around the zoo (it is divided into separate zones, so visitors will “visit” Patagonia, Sahara, Amazonia, Madagascar), see about 1000 animals (tapirs, wolverines, otters, penguins, ostriches, giraffes and others), as well as climb to the observation deck, located on top of an artificial 65-meter cliff.

Prices: 22 euros / adults (people aged 12-25 - 16.5 euros) and 14 euros / children 3-11 years old.

Breteuil castle

This is another attraction located in the suburbs of Paris - 35 km from the city. The chateau furnishings, tapestries and other decorative items will allow guests to learn more about the history of the Breteuil family. The castle is interesting for children because it is a kind of museum in memory of Charles Perrault: in the halls and in the park you can meet the characters of his fairy tales - Cinderella, Little Red Riding Hood, Bluebeard, Puss in Boots … It should be noted that there are at least 20 wax figures of the Cat, and in different guises (aristocrat, cook, musician). In addition, on the territory it will be possible to find picnic areas and a maze of boxwood bushes.

A visit to the castle on Easter will be a wonderful gift for children - they will be entertained by actors dressed in costumes of the heroes of Perrault's fairy tales, as well as waiting for baskets of chocolate eggs in the fairy garden …

An adult ticket costs 14 euros, and a child ticket (from 6 to 18 years old) costs 11 euros.

Tourists traveling to Paris with children should look at the map and look for suitable accommodation in the first nine arrondissements.
