When planning to explore Czech landmarks, you need to decide what to take with you to the Czech Republic.
The main and prerequisite is a package of documents. Among them is a foreign passport with a Schengen visa. Be sure to check the deadlines on the visa, the correspondence of the surname and first name in the Latin alphabet, birthday and passport number. It will be annoying to find out at customs the discrepancy, and as a result, a ban on leaving. Do not forget air or train tickets, take out medical insurance for all days of your stay.
The travel agency must issue you a voucher for checking into the hotel, documents confirming the transfer (if paid), a program for excursions (if ordered). For a minor child next to you, you must take: a passport, a birth certificate (preferably in the original), a notarial consent to leave (if one of the parents does not leave), the documents listed above.
Money
Money is a necessary component not only of any trip, but also of a person's life in general. Away from home, you will need to have 70 EUR per person per day for a comfortable stay. This amount may vary from paid food services, excursions, from plans for purchases. It is allowed to bring an unlimited amount of money into the Czech Republic. But over 10 thousand EUR will need to be declared.
Medicines
It would be wise to grab drugs:
- pain relievers;
- from allergies;
- from stomach disorders;
- individual, used according to the indications of a doctor.
clothing
For a comfortable sightseeing, and one cannot do without it in the Czech Republic, it will be correct to put low-heeled shoes, sneakers or sandals in a suitcase in the summer. The minimum of clothes is added according to the season. If you are planning to visit the country during the warmer months, then bring light clothes and a warm jacket or raincoat and umbrella in case of rain. In winter, comfortable shoes will also be a salvation. It is appropriate to take winter things on a ski trip. But there is no need to carry equipment with you, it is rented out.
Hygiene products
Some hotels do not have a hairdryer so much needed by women. Bath accessories are often not provided. They can of course be purchased locally. But, if you are used to using a certain brand, then it is better to put a complete set of accessories for shaving and showering in a separate package.
Connection
Do not forget your mobile phone, the charging wire to it. Better with a paid travel SIM card. It will be cheaper and save time searching for a suitable tariff.
Additionally
Stock up on a dictionary-translator, food for young children. You can grab an e-book for the evening, although you are unlikely to need it. After all, the Czech Republic is itself like a fascinating book.
