Description of the attraction
The Oceanarium, located in the resort town of Bournemouth in Great Britain, invites its visitors to get acquainted with the life of the inhabitants of different seas.
The Bournemouth Aquarium was the first in the world to install an interactive "diver's cage" - a virtual journey into the depths of the sea, watching a dolphin, shark, stingray. At the end of the journey, the virtual cage is swallowed by a virtual blue whale - and tourists can observe its digestive system from the inside.
The Oceanarium consists of several sections. "Amazon" tells tourists about the life and inhabitants of the largest river in the world. The next exhibition is also dedicated to one of the greatest rivers in the world - the Ganges. A separate section introduces the life of aquatic inhabitants of the African continent. One of the brightest aquariums is the Great Barrier Reef, home to the most colorful and beautiful tropical fish. The aquarium where deep-sea fish live is of constant interest.
More recently, another aquarium has appeared in the aquarium, but it has already become one of the most popular - this is the Otter Oasis, where a pair of Asian clawless otters, the smallest otters in the world, live. It is somewhat unusual to see mammals in the aquarium, but both adults and children enjoy watching the games of these cheerful and active animals.
