In the village of Akrotiri, on the southwest coast of Santorini, 14 kilometers from Fira, there is one of the most wonderful and special beaches. Its name speaks for itself - White Beach. It is a white long strip surrounded by the same white rocks that form beautiful little coves and create partial shade. This tiny beach is composed of porous volcanic glass of pumice, gray sand and pebbles, just like all other beaches on Santorini. The waters washing it are clear and crystal clear.

The beach is practically empty, except for a few sun loungers with umbrellas and a small restaurant located in a rocky cave. Due to its isolation, the snow-white beach is not popular, so it remains quiet and closed, being an ideal place for relaxation and tranquility. In addition, it is great for snorkeling, as interesting underwater caves and gorges are located very close to the coast.

Another important feature is the fact that the beach is not easy to get to. The fabulous place can be reached by boat from the Red Bank or on foot from the nearby beach of Di Cambio, which is not the easiest way.

White Beach is a suitable place for those who like a relaxing holiday in peace and solitude.
