The film club meets twice a month, or rather on Wednesdays. Here, in a friendly and pleasant atmosphere, you can watch an interesting film, speculate and find like-minded people among movie lovers. Poetry festivals of interregional and regional significance ("Call of the Muses", "Plus Poetry", "Rubtsovskaya Autumn") are held.

In 2008, the museum is developing a project called "New Names", where on the basis of the museum an experimental and creative platform is created for novice artists and photographers who not only present their works, but also create their own creative worlds in the museum space.
