Description of the attraction
The water park in Druskininkai is a modern entertainment complex with an area of 25,000 square meters. It can accommodate up to 1500 people at the same time. The air temperature in the water park is 30-31 ° C, and the water temperature in the pools is 26-27 ° C.
Druskininkai water park includes a bath complex, water attractions, open and closed slides for slopes (the longest of them is 212 meters), a restaurant, a hotel, beauty salons, massage salons, cafes, bars, bowling, conference halls (one of them can be transformed to the cinema), a guarded parking lot for 140 places.
Bath complex "ALITA" is located in the building "B". It consists of 18 baths of various designs and different traditions (Russian and Roman baths, Finnish sauna, "hamam", steam bath, open-air bath and others). For example, in 6 Roman baths, a different temperature regime is established. It is dominated by the interior of ancient Egypt and Rome, antique motives, and antiquity and modernity are harmoniously intertwined. In two Turkish cells - these are also Roman baths - the blue color, famous in Turkey, dominates. Delightful aromas saturate these baths. Experts will help you determine the smells. The Hamam bath is a Middle Eastern bathing tradition. The interior is decorated with marble mosaics. The bathhouse is equipped with luxurious showers in a color imitating gold. Nearby there is a room with warm benches where you can lie down and relax. From the baths "Hamam" you can go to the massage rooms.
Open-air saunas are located in a closed courtyard. One bath is Russian, the other is a steam bath with salt procedures. Between them is a pool and a reed wall. There is an ice room in the bath complex. It is a room made of artificial ice, where you can douse yourself with icy water or wipe yourself off with snow after hot steam.
The sauna complex consists of 5 saunas of various sizes with a peculiar interior and temperature regime. The classroom sauna is the first and largest. Its area is 105 sq.m. It is adapted for teaching sauna culture, traditions, rules of use and health effects. The second sauna is Japanese-style. The interior of the bath consists of pictures of the Japanese bath culture and inscriptions in Japanese. The third sauna is an abundance of motives of the Moorish style, therefore it is simply called "Spanish". Rustic style is present in the fourth bath. It is recommended to bring the temperature in this sauna up to 100 ° C. The fifth sauna is a modern bathhouse. It has not only a stylized interior, but also interesting lighting that imitates the sun.
The most fascinating area of the water park is naturally the water pools and attractions located in Building C. The amusement zone consists of spectacular indoor and outdoor skating rinks, slides (the longest slide for the descent is 212 meters), swimming pools. Here you can also swim in a pool with sea waves, a turbulent river (wave height reaches 1.5 meters), visit separate pools for adults and children, 6 water skating rinks, beaches and islands.
You can also relax on the beach of the water park, which is equipped with special ultraviolet lighting, or just relax in the shade of a palm tree.
For very young visitors, there is a pool with a depth of only 15 centimeters. For larger children, there is an attraction with toys - constructors, cranes, "sprinklers". Near the pool, small children are entertained by artists and clowns. So tired of the water, your little one will be able to lie down on a sun lounger, relax, watch a performance and meet fairy-tale characters.
Adults can sit in a bubbling bathtub, under massage waterfalls or cascades. The water entertainment complex has 2 saunas and a relaxation area.
