- From the very beginning, the Rixos Hotels group not only closely followed the trends in the hospitality industry, but also developed them. For 20 years we have managed to create a strong emotional bond with our guests. And this is our strength. Today we have 1 million guests who love Rixos and are loyal to the Rixos brand. These regular guests have already spent more than 20-30 vacations at the chain's hotels. We can say that the philosophy of Rixos is to create pleasant vacation memories in people so that they want to come back here again and again. Our key segments are families with children, lovers of entertainment, good food and sports.

What was the average occupancy of the chain's hotels this summer season? In which hotel was she the highest?

“This summer, all of our resort hotels in Turkey were very close to 100% occupancy. We are one of the best brands in the all inclusive category. We have brought this category to a new level All inclusive - All exclusive (all inclusive - all exclusive) in our hotels in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Rixos hotels in the UAE have a very high occupancy rate throughout the year.

What percentage of guests in the Rixos group as a whole came from Russia this year? Which countries and hotels have the highest share of the Russian market?

- Rixos Hotels welcomes 1 million guests annually. This year, approximately 30% of our guests are Russian citizens. Hotels in Antalya, Bodrum and Gocek in Turkey, as well as hotels in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah in the United Arab Emirates, accept especially many tourists from Russia. Rixos Sungate in Kemer is one of the most popular Rixos hotels among Russian tourists.

What marketing campaign is planned in Russia for 2020?

- Over the past 20 years, we and our guests have accumulated many pleasant memories of their holidays in Rixos hotels. We continue to collect these memories under the RixosMoments umbrella. We will continue to follow the trend of digital transformation in the world and attract our guests with innovative projects. Our plan is to encourage people to learn more about RixosMoments.

What share of the occupancy rate of Rixos hotels is provided by tour operators and travel agents? Is it decreasing or increasing? How many Russian guests travel through tour operators?

- Tour operators are our business partners and they are very important to us. Especially our guests from Russia and the CIS countries prefer package offers (flight - transfer - accommodation) offered by tour operators. 75-80% of our guests from Russia come through tour operators.

How is your cooperation with the Accor Group developing? What will it give and give to both players and the market?

“As part of our collaboration with Accor Hotels, we continue to develop a corporate infrastructure that facilitates the work of our partners and team and increases the satisfaction of our guests through integration into Accor systems. We continue to expand our network by opening new hotels in many popular countries around the world. We strive to combine our expertise in integrated luxury resort management and Turkish hospitality with Accor's extensive hotel management experience.

Rixos is traditionally associated with elite and luxurious relaxation. Some chains in this segment are now actively experimenting with formats (for example, eco hotels, hotels with several zones for different audiences on the same territory, etc.). What changes and experiments in the Rixos concept can we expect?

- With the All Inclusive - All Exclusive concept, we structure our hotels according to the needs of each segment. We are implementing the Club Privé By Rixos villa concept, which is already operating in Belek and Göcek, and plan to develop this luxury holiday concept in other countries. We also plan to expand the concept of theme parks such as Land of Legends in Belek to other countries. In general, as Rixos Hotels, we strive to create new destinations and formats of recreation and to be pioneers in this area.
