The day before, on January 30-31, business breakfasts for travel agencies were held in Moscow and St. Petersburg, organized by the Infoflot Cruise Center and its priority partner, the Sozvezdiye Cruise Company.
They talked about new navigation products, features of Sozvezdie products, secrets of cruise sales in Russia and Infoflot's partnership policy.
Andrey Mikhailovsky, Infoflot's General Director, specified that all sales of Sozvezdiya's products are carried out only through the Infoflot Cruise Center.
Also, Andrey Mikhailovsky introduced the brand-manager of Sozvezdiya to the market participants Valery Sokova. Previously, such a position did not exist in the company - it was specially created for more active promotion of the cruise company's products on the market.
Valeria Sokova spoke about the uniform standards of service and food on the seven Sozvezdiya motor ships, as well as the organization of entertainment and programs and excursions, innovations concerning the ships themselves. Including about the new image of the "Northern Tale" (formerly "Karl Marx"), the introduction of new cabins on the motor ships "Moonlight Sonata" and "Vasily Chapaev".
In turn, Roman Kashkin, Deputy General Director for Sales of Infoflot, spoke about special offers for cruises on Sozvezdiya motor ships. Including about promotions of early booking, discounts for pensioners, newlyweds, birthday people and groups, as well as about the campaign "Children for free", which is valid on 4-deck ships.
These two business breakfasts gave a start to a large series of educational seminars organized by Infoflot and the company's partners. All of them are aimed at popularizing cruise holidays in Russia, teaching travel agents to sell cruise products.
So, business trainings "It's time to take a cruise or how to effectively sell joy" will be held in 35 cities of Russia from 5 to 28 February.
Seminars “Approaching Summer and Making Money in Russia” start from February 1 in 26 cities - from the Cruise Center “Infoflot”, tour operators “Nevsky Seasons” and “Kalita-tour”.
And from February 7, business trainings Costa and Infoflot - cruise innovations will begin.
