Choosing wings
The fastest way to get from the Russian capital to the Swedish one is on the wings of Aeroflot or the Scandinavian airlines SAS. The road in this case will take just over two hours. For a round trip ticket, Aeroflot will ask for at least 190 euros. Much cheaper European air carriers offer flights with connections:
- Latvian airlines often sell inexpensive tickets from Moscow to Stockholm via Riga. The price of the issue is from 140 euros in the usual mode and even cheaper - during the sales period. You will have to spend about three hours in the sky.
- Finns offer to fly through Helsinki. Finnair offers a flight for 180 euros, but connecting in the Finnish capital can take up to 6 hours, which is not very convenient. How to get to Stockholm from Arlanda
Stockholm's largest airport is called Arlanda. It is built 40 km north of the Swedish capital and is the quickest and easiest way to get from the passenger terminals to the city center by the Arlanda Express train. The airport stops are located at the exit from terminals 2, 3 and 4 (Arlanda Sodra) and at the exit from the fifth terminal (Arlanda Norra). The ticket price is 24 euros (Sweden, in principle, is a very expensive country to travel), and the journey will take about 20 minutes. The express train goes to Stockholm Central Railway Station.
