Even during the Roman era, at least 50 spa thermal zones were developed in Serbia, in which balneotherapy is currently actively developing.

Guests of Lukovska Banya should pay attention to the local baths, in particular “Shpivak” (it is “fed” by a + 40-42-degree spring, the water of which contains hydrogen sulphide and carbon dioxide).

They are actively used for undergoing procedures in the center "Merkur", where they treat the gastrointestinal tract, diabetes, calculus of the urethra, infections of the bladder and renal pelvis, and other ailments.
Nishka Banya
In Nishka Banya, the temperature of local waters is "warmed up" to a maximum of +39 degrees ("Main Spring"), and is used in the treatment of neuralgia, various forms of paralysis, respiratory and cardiovascular diseases.
