Grudzid attracts travelers not only with its geothermal waters (+ 35˚C water), but also with a unique pyramid, inside which a special microclimate dominates (iodine molecules and salt aerosols “float” in the air), which is useful for the prevention of respiratory diseases. A two-hour visit to the local thermal complex with 4 swimming pools and a paddling pool for children will cost about PLN 22. Asthmatics, hypertensive patients, and people who have been diagnosed with problems with the thyroid gland and upper respiratory tract rush here.
Bialka Tatrzanska
Visitors to Terma Bania will be offered to plunge into thermal pools filled with warm water (+ 34-38˚C), which originally had a temperature of +72 degrees and was extracted from a 2500-meter depth. In addition, there is: Relax-zone (this zone is equipped with massage stations, bottom geysers, cascades, water cannons); Saunarium - on an area of over 1000 sq. M. guests will find a steam bath, a Finnish sauna, a Russian bath, “Stone Cave” (where the humidity reaches 45%, and the temperature - up to + 50˚C). The same area is equipped with a swimming pool, the water in which is cooled to + 24˚C, a salt cooling tower, a sunbathing area, a cocktail bar.

Bukovina Tatrzanska attracts guests with its Bukovina Tatrzanska center (open daily, except Sundays, from 9 am to 10 pm), where there are more than 10 swimming pools (water temperature + 28-36˚C; it is mined from a depth of 2.4 km and is enriched calcium, chlorine, potassium, sodium, magnesium and other trace elements). Those who decide to swim in them will restore mental balance, stabilize the pulse and metabolism, heal blood vessels, eliminate joint pain, solve the problem of insomnia, and restore the hormonal system. The center is also equipped with 8 types of saunas, including those with infrared radiation, a restaurant, and a parking lot.
Mszczonow
In the complex of the city of Mszczonów, in addition to thermal baths (the pools are filled with water, which contains soda, hydrogen and silicon, and “beats” from more than 1700 meters depth; initially its temperature reaches + 42.5˚C, and after cooling + 34˚ C), there are saunas, designated areas for tennis and volleyball. Despite the fact that the complex is year-round (it operates until 10 pm), due to physical education lessons for schoolchildren, it is open after 4 pm from early May to mid-June and from early September to mid-October.
Teplice Slaskie Zdroj
Glory to the resort was brought both by architectural monuments of the 17-19th centuries, and 6 thermal springs, the water (temperature up to +90 degrees) of which is enriched with silicic acid. Irrigation, drinking, bathing, inhalation are the main methods of using water in Teplice lskie Zdrój, which treats diseases in the field of gynecology, as well as the kidneys, urinary tract, nerves, and the musculoskeletal system. In addition, peat mud is also used for medicinal purposes.
