Korea is a Buddhist country, but Christianity still penetrated the hearts of part of its population. And Christmas is loved here and celebrated on December 25th. Preparations for this event begin about two weeks before it occurs. Streets are decorated with luminous garlands and light installations, department stores and shopping centers sparkle with decorations, and decorated Christmas trees are everywhere. Christmas is especially bright and cheerful in Seoul. The city center shines with neon advertisements on weekdays, but there is still a place for festive decorations. And the most dizzying Christmas events take place in the entertainment centers of Seoul.
