Canada occupies a significant part of North America. About 75% of the land of this state is located in the north zone. It is washed by the Pacific, Atlantic and Arctic oceans. The country shares borders with Denmark and the United States. The islands of Canada are located north of the mainland. The polar islands of Canada are ruled by glaciers. Snow and ice do not disappear there even in summer. Tundra covers the territory of Baffin Island, as well as other land areas off the northern coast of the country.
