The holiday season in the Seychelles is year-round (the air warms up to + 25-35 degrees), but the best period to visit the islands is April-May and October-December. There are several seasons on the islands - hot (December - May; +29 degrees) and warm (June - November; +24 degrees).
Peculiarities of holidays in the Seychelles by seasons
- Spring: Spring is not very hot and there is little rainfall. In April, you can go diving and fishing. And in May, you will have the opportunity to see a variety of birds (ivory and black gulls, Dutch pigeons, red cardinals, black cockatoos) arriving at Bird and Cousin Island.
- Summer: At this time of the year, it will not be possible to enjoy the ocean calmly due to the violently raging waves, but the summer months can be devoted to sunbathing, sightseeing walks, and water sports.
- Autumn: September is ideal for sightseeing holidays, and October-November for beach holidays.
- Winter: Rapid winds and showers are easily tolerated in December due to the high temperatures in the air. The rainiest month is January, and in February there is less rainfall, so this month is worth devoting to excursions.
