Asia is inhabited by people of various nationalities who have their own traditions and customs. For example, in China, on the Chkhenchau island, a bun festival is annually celebrated (late April-early May), which is accompanied by a parade, various performances, shows, and dances. And late in the evening, competitions are organized - participants must climb a 14-meter mountain made of plastic buns. The winner is the one who, in 3 minutes, collects the most buns in his bag at the very top of the mountain (the competitions are held in several stages).
And, for example, in Thailand they like to celebrate the bright and unique "Festival of Ghosts" (the holiday lasts 3 days: this year it will take place on July 28-30). On day 1, festival participants put on scary masks and fancy costumes, on day 2 they launch rockets, accompanying this action with music, dances, songs, and on day 3, all Thais gather at the Wat Ponchai temple to listen to 13 sermons of Buddha.
If you decide to visit Asian countries, upon arrival, it is important to show respect for the traditions of the inhabitants of Asia - when entering their house, take off your shoes, do not wear too revealing clothes in temples, when meeting, say your name and surname, repeat the name and surname of a new acquaintance several times, greet new acquaintances with a nod of your head or raise your hand, and, of course, do not forget to smile (a smile is a sign of gratitude, a positive attitude towards life, a way to avoid conflict situations).
