Description of the attraction
The Deer Turned His Head Park is a very picturesque place, which is located 5 km from the city of Sanya. The park covers the area of the Luhuitou Peninsula. It is a coral cliff shaped like a deer turned backward. It was in such a symbolic place that it was decided to open a reindeer nursery on the territory of a spacious beautiful landscape park.
The peninsula itself is a hill with dense forests on the slopes. Visitors are encouraged to climb to the top of the mountain. A view of extraordinary beauty opens up from here. There are red and white pavilions from where you can watch the Lovers' Island and just the sea surface. By the way, you can also go down the mountain using a special chute on a trolley. But this entertainment is not for the faint of heart.
At the foot of the mountain there is a park where deer are bred. Several valuable breeds are represented here. All animals can be photographed, fed and even stroked. In a small shop at the exit from the nursery, you can buy various products that are made on the basis of animal raw materials. These are wines, tinctures and ointments.
Those who get hungry during the walk will love the cozy restaurant next to the park. It features a whimsical design and is built entirely from bamboo. This place is notable for the fact that it is licensed to cook dishes from turtles and wild animals of the island of Hainan.
