Description of the attraction
Milocer - once a favorite vacation spot for the royal family, today it is such for the President of Montenegro. The resort town was founded in 1934 next to the residence of the Serbian royal family. The city is located five hundred meters from the island-hotel - Svete Stefan.
The botanical garden or spa park is the pearl of this area, which is already surrounded by green pine forests. The style of the park gravitates towards French classicism. The area of the botanical garden is about 18 hectares, which is about one fifth of the territory of the whole Milocer. On the territory of the park, not only rare, but also exotic plants grow (for example, tropical mimosa and various cacti). Plants were specially brought to Montenegro from Asia, Africa and America. In general, the park is rich in a variety of Mediterranean vegetation.
The luxurious park is surrounded by the King's Beach, which is almost 300 meters long. Another beach that is located in the immediate vicinity of the resort park is the Queen's Beach, surrounded by wild vegetation and rocks. It will not be possible to walk completely on the territory of the beaches, since both beaches are owned by the same hotel. However, the owners left small parts of the beaches open for tourists and locals alike.
