Rideau Falls
Rideau includes 2 waterfalls, and between them is the Green Island, in the south of which you can see the old town hall, and in the west - the headquarters of the National Research Council. You can admire the Rideau Falls from the observation decks of the park and during a boat trip on an excursion boat.
It is worth coming here in winter: due to the insufficient power of the water flow, the waterfalls freeze, and tourists will have the opportunity to admire the peculiar ice sculptures of various shapes.
James Bruce
The 840-meter waterfall was named after its discoverer: it consists of 2 streams, one of which is constant throughout the year, and the other periodically dries up.
