Las Vegas, the capital of Clark County, attracts tourists with chic hotels and casinos, unique opportunities to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of celebration and fun, as well as go on excursions around the surrounding area, involving visits to the Grand Canyon and other interesting places.
Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas Sign
7, 5-meter sign (the design of the sign is an example of the googie style) - the symbol of Las Vegas, in the evening it is brightly illuminated: its “front” side welcomes guests entering the city, and the back side encourages you to carefully drive your vehicle, as well as return here again. It is worth noting that there is a parking lot near the sign, so those who wish will be able to inspect the sign and take a photo against its background.
Bellagio fountains
The fountain, a recognizable symbol of Las Vegas, “dances” to the accompaniment of music and lighting effects (the direction of the jets, which rise to a height of 73 meters, changes according to a given program). On weekends, the fountain show can be seen from noon, and on weekdays from 15:00.
In addition to the fountains, on the territory of the Bellagio hotel, guests will find: an 8-meter chocolate fountain in a pastry shop (circulating melted white, milk and dark chocolate, forming several cascades); gallery of contemporary art; conservatory-greenhouse (here you can admire flowers, trees and all kinds of plants, and in the evening - attend musical performances).
Stratosphere Tower
As the tallest structure in Las Vegas, the tower delights guests with an observation deck at a 350-meter height, a casino, a revolving restaurant and extreme attractions, among which the following stand out:
- Insanity the Ride (on this attraction, guests will have a "ride" on a claw-chair outside the tower at a distance of 20 m, accompanied by rotations at different angles of inclination);
- Sky Jump (extreme sportsmen, dressed in a special suit, are tied with seat belts, so that they can then be “thrown” down from a 260-meter height);
- The Big Shot (those who decide to try this ride, located at a height of 329 meters, are seated in chairs so that they can roll along the spire of the tower, sharply accelerating and decelerating).
High Roller
The 168-meter Ferris Wheel offers a ride in any of 28 spherical glazed cabins, each of which can accommodate up to 40 people (tickets start at $ 25; night skiing will cost $ 35) - within half an hour, those who wish will have the opportunity to admire the mesmerizing types of surroundings.
