This zoo on the Thai island of Koh Samui is considered the most diverse in terms of entertainment offered. Here you can observe the inhabitants of the aquarium, feed the sea turtles, admire the graceful tigers, see the clouded leopard and enjoy numerous shows in which animals are willingly participating along with people.
Samui aquarium and tiger zoo
Bengal tigers are the main pride and an integral part of the name of the zoo on Koh Samui. Some of those who ended up here were rescued from poachers and raised from small kittens, others came to the park as adults. The tiger show is the most popular attraction, because powerful predators perform in it together with people and demonstrate excellent skills and abilities.
At 13.30 daily performances of sea lions take place, among which Peggy is deservedly considered the main star.
How to get there?

Travel time from Samui airport is half an hour. It takes about 20 minutes from the Seatran ferry crossing and Chaweng Beach.

The opening hours of the zoo on Koh Samui are from 11.00 to 17.00 seven days a week. The price of entrance tickets depends on the number of shows that the visitor wants to see:
- The simplest tickets cost 750 and 450 baht for an adult and a child, respectively. They include a visit to an exotic bird park, a show with sea lions, Bengal tigers and a performance "/>
- The same, but with delivery to the park will cost 1400 and 1000 baht, respectively. The treat package also includes a welcome drink and a sandwich.
- You can visit all these shows, enjoy lunch and get a photo with Bengal tigers as a gift for 1900 baht for an adult and 1400 for a child.
- The price of 2500 and 1800 baht additionally includes a half-hour ride on an elephant along the beach.
- The most expensive tickets go to those who decide to swim with the public's favorite sea lion Peggy. The price of the issue is 3,000 baht for an adult and 2,000 for a child, but the latter should not be lower than 120 cm.
To receive discounts on tickets, children must be no more than 140 cm tall. Toddlers measuring one meter or less are entitled to free admission to the park.
