The best hotels in Majorca are located in the beach area, while budget options can be found further from the coast.
Do you want to relax like a king? Take a closer look at Cala Major - chic villas, expensive shops and the most "star" hotels have found their refuge there. For a family holiday, Cala d'Or is perfect (local bays are protected from the wind and the scorching sun by a pine forest), and active tourists can head for Santa Ponsa (held in high esteem by divers).
As for youth recreation, Arenal is considered a good place - the resort is famous for bars and hotels not higher than 3 stars.
