Description of the attraction
The Lotte World Entertainment Complex, which opened in July 1989, is considered the largest entertainment complex in Seoul and is rightfully the pride of the city. Lotte World is divided into two parts: the Adventure-roofed theme park, which is also considered the largest in the world and is listed in the Guinness Book of World Records, and the open-air amusement park - Magic Island. In addition, Lotte World has an ice rink, which is considered the largest in South Korea.
The entertainment complex is open all year round, from Monday to Thursday the park is open until 10 pm, and from Friday to Sunday - an hour longer. Ticket prices depend on the age category of the visitors. There is an opportunity to buy the so-called "late entrance tickets" - tickets are purchased after 16-00 at a discount.
In the roofed theme park - "Adventure" - you can see performances by artists of various genres and attend festivals, ride roller coasters, carousels, ride a boat on the river (attraction "Traveling with Sinbad"). Those wishing to see the entire park are invited to fly on special balloons that hang from the ceiling of the building and move along the rails that are attached to the ceiling. In addition, you can take a trip to the Egyptian Museum and visit another extreme attraction: take a ride on the ship of the Spanish conquistadors, which rises to the very dome of the building.
On the territory of the "Magic Island" guests can visit the castle and ride high-altitude attractions, the most famous of which are "Chairo-Drop" (free fall from a 70-meter height), "Sea Wave". It will be interesting for children to watch a puppet musical.
