The Khlebnaya Gornitsa Museum was established on the basis of Murom Pekar LLC in August 2010. Since ancient times, Murom has been famous for the skill of bakers and their bakery products, and most importantly, for rolls and gingerbread. Kalachi were popular in the 19th and early 20th centuries. Three rolls on the coat of arms of Murom did not appear by chance. According to legend, when Empress Catherine the Second was passing through Murom, she was treated here with kalach, which she liked.
