The holiday season in Cambodia lasts all year round - it is never cold here (it can be either hot or warm). But it is best to visit Cambodia in November-February, when it gets cooler in the country (you don't have to suffer from the sweltering heat). It is worth noting that September-October is not the best time to travel to the kingdom (many snakes appear, malaria is intensifying).

- September - early November: this period is characterized by wetter and cooler weather compared to other months (+28 degrees). From about mid-September to early November, there are intense and almost daily rains in the country.
- November-February: these months are characterized by dry and cool weather (+ 25-28 degrees). Resting in the country at this time, you can enjoy the clear sky and pleasant air temperature.
- March-May: during these months dry and hot weather (+ 32-35 degrees) prevails in the kingdom, but in the afternoon light rain can sometimes break. Since after a dry winter, local rivers and lakes are crushed, then in the spring you should not plan boat trips - it is advisable to devote this time to sightseeing and acquaintance with the tropical nature of the country.
- June-August: at this time, the country has hot (+ 35-38 degrees) and humid weather, but it is easily tolerated due to monsoon rains (these rains are unpredictable, but, as a rule, they come in the afternoon or at night).
Beach season in Cambodia
You can swim in Cambodia at any time of the year, because even in winter the water warms up to + 27-28 degrees.
For relaxation, you can choose the following beaches: Occheuteal Beach, Serendipity Beach, Victory Beach, Sokha Beach, Lazy Beach, Long Set Beach, Koh Thmei Beach. So, on the Occheuteal Beach, in addition to water activities, there are restaurants and evening discos at your service (music and dance evenings are often held here). The best time for diving in Cambodia is February-early May (visibility up to 20-25 meters).
