Children's camps in Ulan-Ude accept applications from residents of the Republic of Buryatia who are parents or legal representatives of children and work at enterprises in Buryatia, as well as outside of it. The form of ownership of the enterprise and industry affiliation do not matter. The camps accept children from 7 to 15 years old. In institutions, groups or detachments are completed, depending on the age of the vacationers.

The average price of a voucher for 1 shift (21 days) is 16,300 rubles. Parents who work pay 10% of the cost of the voucher. In the DSOL "Edelweiss" and in the DSOL "Baikalsky Bor" a voucher costs almost 20 thousand rubles. Of this money, 15,200 rubles comes from the republican budget. About 4,700 rubles are paid by the parents themselves, by trade unions or employers. In addition, the fare to the Edelweiss camp and back is 1400 rubles. Having received a voucher, parents are required to collect medical certificates required by the sanatorium camp. Doctors noted the high activity of ticks, so it is advisable for a child to get an anti-tick vaccine before going to the camp. It is also recommended to think about insurance for the health and life of the child.
Children's health camps in Ulan-Ude organize health treatments and training. Thanks to this, students can continue their studies in some subjects while resting in the camp. The exception is the vacation period.
Day camps
After the end of the school year, day camps begin to operate in the city's schools. They usually function until the end of June. In order to arrange a child in such a camp, parents take vouchers from the class teacher. Working parents are allocated funds for children's recreation. Day camps offer schoolchildren three meals a day. There are camps that organize daytime naps for younger students. Leisure for vacationers includes a lot of interesting activities.
