Description of the attraction

Adrines beaches are made up of a group of small pebble coves along the far side of Panormos Bay from Linarakia to the tip of Milia Beach.

All parts of Adrines Beach are very picturesque: the white sand is framed by the same white rocks, densely covered with pine forest, coming close to the sand. The combination of the colors of the white soil and green vegetation gives the sea a particularly rich turquoise hue.

Some of the beaches are tiny coves that can only hold 2-3 people, others are larger, most of them isolated and quiet. It is easy to get to the water - paths from the main road are laid through the pine forest. Some of the beaches can be reached through hotels built on the coastline.

Local legend has it that the name of the sandbar is associated with the female corsair Rosalind. Her ship docked near Skopelos, pirates landed on the island to plunder it. But the inhabitants of the island repulsed the attack, all the robbers were defeated, and their captain, Rosalind, threw herself into the sea out of grief.
