If you see a “vignette” sign on the road, it means that it is forbidden to travel on it without a vignette, which costs 8 euros / 7 days (the recommended place for placing the colored sticker is the lower right corner of the windshield; it must be unsticked after the expiration date). Important: crossing the bridges across the Danube costs 2-6 euros; in the absence of a vignette, the car owner is punished with a 150-euro fine (a fine for violation of parking rules - 10-102 euros). If you decide to take a ferry ride with a car, the journey will cost you 4-23 euros.
Features of parking in Bulgaria
There are green and blue parking areas in Bulgaria. Payment for parking can be made to the parking attendant or by sending sms to numbers 1303 (green zone) or 1302 (blue zone).
