The complex also has Indian-Roman baths (filled with + 36-degree thermal water), as well as a gym, waterfalls, “rain halls”, a “Forest Light” room (its visitors breathe air saturated with negatively charged ions), Turkish bath, aquamassage area, hairdresser, restaurants (access to Oasis is open only to visitors in bathing suits; guests here are pampered with both snacks and full meals), Sirius bar (panoramic view), shops (Galaktika sells accessories and linen, in “Temptation” - clothes and shoes, in “Cincsentits” - cosmetics and delicacies, and in “White Blue” - watches and jewelry), a rental point for bathing accessories, a souvenir shop Pimu.
A three-hour visit to the Caldea complex for adults will cost 35 euros (a subscription for 3 days costs about 70 euros, and for 5 days - 104 euros), and 5-12 years old children - 25 euros; opening hours: weekdays from 10 am to 11 pm; weekend from 09:30 to 23:00.
Another thermal water complex deserves the attention of vacationers - INUU, located not far from Caldea: the inner zone of the center has 3 swimming pools (they are filled with + 32-33-degree water, as well as cascades and massage streams), the external lagoon has a hydromassage and bubble loungers, thermal zone - sauna, hammam, salt cave, light and hydromassage showers. And in the center there is an area with booths for procedures (they do different types of massage, in particular, exotic and water), a private wellness center (designed for a company of 2-4 people who will find here a light shower, hammam, jacuzzi, sun loungers heated), fitness room (equipped with modern equipment).
Various programs have been developed for visitors - “Body and Mind” (yoga, aquapilates, relaxation techniques, personal training), “Feelings” (massage, oriental techniques, exotic procedures), “Water” (hot tubs, underwater massage and stretching), “Beauty”(peels, massages, facial treatments), lasting 30, 60 and 90 minutes.
It should be noted that the INUU complex is designed exclusively for adult visitors - those who are not yet 16 years old are not allowed here.
Guests of Escaldes are advised to visit the Church of Sant Michel d'Engolasters at their leisure (the 12th century building has a gable roof, a rectangular nave and a 4-spherical dome, and inside everyone will be able to admire Romanesque frescoes, or rather copies of them - at one time they were created by the artist Santa Coloma, and now the originals are kept in the National Museum of Barcelona), visit the Josep Viladomat house (it operates an art center with exhibits in the form of Romanesque art and Catalan sculptures) and a perfume museum (visitors will get acquainted with the permanent and temporary exhibitions, use the services of an audio guide and will test the aromatic exhibits you like).
Pas de la Casa
The vicinity of Pas de la Casa is interesting for its thermal water - it is used both for heating houses in winter and for medical procedures in local spa centers.
The resort itself is also attractive for its 55 ski slopes, which are serviced by more than 30 ski lifts. Experienced skiers will find challenging trails (sharp elevation changes) at the top of the valley. In the lower part there is a half-pipe and a slalom track.
You should definitely visit the panoramic restaurant Coll Blanc (located at an altitude of 2600 meters, so those who decide to look at the surroundings from the restaurant windows will be able to capture magnificent views in the photo) and visit the recreation center equipped with a jacuzzi, Russian bath, sauna, climbing wall, jacuzzi, children's and large swimming pool.
Well, in the summer months in Pas de la Casa you can go cycling or hiking along any of the trails laid through the mountain ranges.
