City excursions in Switzerland
The list of interesting Swiss cities for tourists includes Geneva and Bern, Lausanne and Zurich. Each of them has its own amazing atmosphere, many preserved monuments of architecture and history, beautiful panoramic views and entertainment.
Most of the guests enter the country through Geneva, and therefore try not to miss a sightseeing tour of the city and the surrounding area. Depending on the list of objects included by the guide in the acquaintance plan, the duration can be from 3 to 8 hours, the cost is within 300 € for a small company. During the excursion, guests get acquainted with the most famous monuments of the city, walk around the old center of Geneva, learn many interesting facts and legends.
A tour of Zurich will cost half the price (150 € per company), but its duration is much shorter. In 2-3 hours, tourists will get acquainted with the history of the founding of the city, see its famous temples, erected during the Middle Ages and well preserved to this day.
A guided walk in the capital also costs about 150 € for two hours, regardless of the number of people in the group (but within reason). The main attractions of the Swiss capital:

There are several excursion routes in Lucerne, they include acquaintance with city sights and a walk along the lake shore, acquaintance with national cuisine and the famous Swiss chocolate. The cost of a guided tour of Lucerne varies from 100 to 200 € depending on the time (from 2 to 5 hours).

The second important excursion destination is acquaintance with the most beautiful Swiss landscapes, which are found at every step, both within cities and beyond.
You can choose an excursion to the Valley of Waterfalls, the cost of the trip may seem quite high to someone - 800 € for a group of up to 4 people. But during the day, guests of the country will be able to see the most beautiful Swiss waterfalls, learn many interesting facts about them, for example, that Staubach and Mürrenbach are considered the highest. At the foot of the latter there is a lift, and at the top is a revolving restaurant. The interiors of the restaurant were "lit up" in one of the James Bond films; there is also a platform with magnificent panoramic views of the valleys and waterfalls.
Another waterfall with a history is Reichenbach, where the hero of the cult novels of Arthur Conan Doyle, the brilliant detective Sherlock Holmes, died in front of the astonished reader's eyes, to be resurrected in the next work.
Trummelbach Falls is forced to make its way through the mountain range, for the convenience of tourists, an elevator is organized upward, and inside the mountain there is a system of ladders, galleries and bridges, thanks to which you can get very close to its cascades.
Swiss Riviera
A walk through the most beautiful places in Switzerland will cost about 700 €, the duration will be 7 hours. This route begins in Lausanne, a city closely associated with the revival of the Olympic movement. Tourists will have a walk in the Olympic Park, acquaintance with the castle and Cathedral of Our Lady of Lausanne, admiring the most beautiful city landscapes from the observation deck.
A walk along the embankment awaits guests in Vevey, and in Montreux - an acquaintance with Russian Switzerland, this city is closely connected with the name of Vladimir Nabokov and other famous representatives of the Russian aristocracy and creative intelligentsia. Further, the tourist route will lead you to the famous Chillon Castle, which remained in the memory of descendants thanks to the poem of the same name by Lord Byron. They say that the prison guards told the famous writer the mysterious story about Bolivar's torment, and they, one might say, were the first guides.
