Visitors to the capital of Thailand are advised to visit the colorful local markets to observe the real life of local residents. In addition, the flea markets of Bangkok should not be deprived of attention.
Flashflight Market
This bustling flea market also goes by the name of Khlong Thom: people come here (sellers place goods right on the sidewalks) in search of a wide variety of things - old tape recorders, radios, cassettes and CDs, Frank Sinatra vinyl records, building materials, spare parts for foreign cars 50 -60s, household appliances, Thai household utensils of the 40-90s, brass lamps, collectible toys of the 70-90s, portraits, old road signs, postcards, retro photographs. It is worth noting that due to the centralized excursions organized to this flea market, prices here cannot be called low, but bargaining is always appropriate. As entertainment for visitors, Khlong Thom provides strip clubs, gay cinemas and other similar establishments.
Lumphini Market (Suan Lum)
It is a flea and souvenir market, where everyone will have a chance to buy a valuable and original item. Here you can get natural cosmetics, cheap clothes, rare souvenirs, wooden crafts, postcards and paintings made in a single copy. You can calmly walk around the market in search of the very thing from 6 to 8 pm - after 20:00, groups of tourists are usually brought here, which makes it noisy and crowded.
Rod Fai Market
This market sells antique furniture, memorabilia from the past, old car models and antique collectibles, numerous mascots, 60s Japanese toy figures, French chandeliers.

This market (open on Saturdays from 6 pm to midnight), which sells gramophones, vinyl records, retro posters, antique cameras and radios, old magazines, wallpapers and books, various clothes and shoes, is located near the Ladprao metro station (its fans of retro style will appreciate).
Amulets market
If your goal is to acquire an amulet that restores health, attracts money, helps scare off enemies and resist their intrigues, you are advised to go on any Sunday to the large amulets market (they are all designed for different purposes, the main thing is not to make the wrong choice), which takes place near the Wat Mahathat temple.
