The exception is the beaches at the hotels: the hotel administration provides a wide range of services to its guests free of charge.
Many Cypriot beaches have been awarded blue flags: in Ayia Napa such beaches are Lanta, Katsarka, Nissi Bay, Konnos Bay, Glyki Nero, Agia Thekla, Loukkos, in Paphos - Faros, Alykes, Vrysoudia A & B, in Larnaca - Mckenzie, Castella, Phinikoudes.
Diving
The duration of the diving season in Cyprus is May-November.
Cypriot dive sites allow divers to visit underwater grottoes and caves, see sunken ships and various fish (sea bream, wrasse, sea peacock, parrot fish, buffalo stingray, moray eels, colorful sea urchins). So, diving sites in Limassol will allow you to dive in the Amatous area, where you will see the remains of an ancient underwater city and an ancient harbor, and diving sites in Ayia Napa will offer you to dive in the areas of Polis, Akamas and Latchi (here you can admire caves, sea animals, reefs, corals).
Do you like to admire underwater landscapes? You should definitely see the “Devil's Head” (Paphos, Akamas region) - a system of caves and tunnels, the bottom of which is strewn with stone anchors and ancient Greek amphoras, or rather their fragments. In addition, there are leatherback turtles, green turtles and other marine animals.
In Cyprus, you can enjoy a beach holiday, see the tombs of the kings, the ruins of cities and other interesting sights.
